The Senedd Economy Committee secretary emailed in August to say that their Committee was holding an inquiry into the Foundational Economy and wanted written evidence by 5th September. Ay short notice, some of us got together, drafted and submitted the attached document which is formally not from our organisation but from eight members of the FAW network.

- explains how we support a broad analytic definition of the foundational economy which is about liveability and capable firms within planetary limits as the conditions of well being.
- advocates foundational policies of alliances of the willing and skunk works projects which imply that Welsh Government should do less strategizing and more empowering of others.
